Summer Fun Water Park

Summer Fun Water Park is a “Family” oriented facility. Our rules are intended to provide both a safe and healthy atmosphere for you and your children.

Our rules are not just “Guidelines,” Summer Fun Water Park reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual or group of individuals who do or have in the past violated posted park rules.

General Rules

• Profanity, theft, or fighting will not be tolerated. Violators will be permanently barred from the park.
• Smoking is allowed only on the front porch outside the park or in the grass area by the blue pavilion.
• Glass containers are not allowed in the park. All bags, coolers and containers will be inspected at the entrance.
• No running or diving allowed anywhere in the park.
• Obey life guards and safety signs. Anyone disobeying a life guard or a safety sign will be barred from the park for the remainder of the day.
• Swimming suits with any metal objects on them will not be allowed to ride the slides or the lazy river. Management reserves the right to determine if a swimming suit is acceptable
• Alcohol is not permitted in the park.
• Children 12 year or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Health /Public Safety Rules

• Children under 3 years old must stay in the Kiddies Pool. They are not allowed in the main pool, on the slides, or in the lazy river.
• Children under 3 years old must wear “Swimmers” diapers, children under 3 not wearing “Swimmers” diapers will not be allowed in the Kiddies Pool.
• All diapers and swimmers must be changed in the changing/restroom area only! Anyone who changes a diaper/swimmer in the pool area, leaves a diaper/swimmer on the ground, or puts them in a pool area trash can, will be asked to leave the park without a refund.
• Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
• Sliding head first on any slide is prohibited.
• Children taller than 42 inches are not allowed on the kiddies pool slides. Running in the park is prohibited at all times.

Rules are subject to change, rules on this site may not always be current. Pay attention the the signs posted within the park. There are other general rules posted within the park which pertain to specific areas, such as the Slides and Lazy River.
